Worker Is Killed in Fall Through Roof Opening

On March 13, 2007, Employee #1 was working for a contractor that was primarily engaged in the construction of industrial buildings and warehouses. He was up on a flat concrete roof working approximately 21 feet above ground level, when for some unknown reason he lifted a floor hole cover and accidentally fell through the hole to the concrete floor below. He sustained head injuries, and he was killed.
