Employee Dies after Being Struck by Vehicle

On May 1, 2006, Employee #1 was installing road signs along the eastbound side of I-465 at mile marker 34.4. He was struck by a vehicle and thrown into the westbound side. Employee #1 was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries.
