Employee Is Killed When Run over by His Truck

On August 29, 2005, Employee #1, a tractor trailer operator, arrived at warehouse loading and unloading bay Number 52. He then drove the trailer out of bay Number 52. As he did, he exited the cab, stepping onto the running board. The vehicle was slowly rolling forward and he fell off of the running board. He was run over by the tractor's left rear tires and killed.
