Employee Is Killed in Fall While Working on Rebar Wall

On April 18, 2005, Employee #1 was working on a rebar wall 15 stories above the ground, when the wall bent over the edge of the building. He had been tied off up until right before the incident, when he unhooked his positioning device for an unknown reason. As the wall fell to the outside, it hit the guardrail on a work platform and caused Employee #1 to lose his grip and fall 150 feet to his death.
