Employee Is Injured in Fall from Second Floor

On June 23, 2005, an employee was setting manufactured wooden trusses in place on the second floor level of the building. One of the trusses broke in an area where three knots were located resulting in the collapse of a section of trusses that were not properly braced. The employee fell and was injured. He was hospitalized and treated for fractured foot and ankle.
