Investigation Summary
On July 29, 2005, Employee #1, a site foreman, was performing measurements to place floor joists, when he stepped onto a steel beam and lost his balance. He fell 8.83 ft onto a concrete floor. The impact of the fall caused multiple contusions and abrasions to his arm. Employee #1 was transported to a hospital, where he received medical attention. Following medical procedures, he was hospitalized for postoperative treatment and care.
