Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was assigned the task of taking a load of ingredients to the plant from the warehouse. Employee #1 was found dead by a coworker coming in to open for the morning shift. Employee #1 was crushed between dock plate and pit layout. The position of Employee #1's body was found outside of the dock plate which he may have been trying to lower manually because of the loss of power at the facility.
