Employee Is Killed When His Head Is Crushed by Trailer

On August 30, 2006, Employee #1 was assisting a truck driver in reversing his vehicle into a receiving dock. From the dock, the employee was giving hand signals to the driver. At some point, a coworker saw the employee lying on the ground, and he called an emergency service unit. The employee's head had been crushed by the reversing trailer. Employee #1 was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
