Employee Is Killed When Run over by Tractor Trailer

On June 7, 2005, Employee #1 was painting newly installed equipment at an operating feed mill. He was near a driveway where tractor trailer trucks were stopped in line waiting for product to be unloaded. The employee was standing near the rear tires of a parked truck when the truck began to slowly move forward. The truck ran over Employee #1, crushing and killing him.
