Employee Dies from Natural Causes While Cleaning Floor

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on June 21, 2005, Employee #1 was using a hose to clean calcium chloride residue from the floor of a storage shed. Approximately 20 minutes into the task, he was found by a coworker lying on the floor dead. It is believed that he died of natural causes.
