Employee Amputates Two Fingers in Table Saw

On April 28, 2005, Employee #1, a carpenter, was using a table saw to make a rabbit cut on a 3/4-inch by 3-inch by 96-inch board. His right hand came into contact with the blade of the saw, partially amputating his index and middle fingers of the right hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
