Employee Is Killed When Struck in Head by Bricks

At 8:05 a.m. on May 5, 2005, Employee #1 was evaluating the alignment of a newly installed chain below a palletizing machine, which was in operation. As he was looking over the edge of the chain, a walking beam carrying bricks came from behind him, striking his head. He was killed.
