Employee #1 was pressure washing a shake roof when he fell approximately 22 feet to the hedge and concrete sidewalk. He was not using fall protection while working on the roof. Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital for treatment of lacerations and fractures of his nose, jaw, and teeth.
