Employee Dies from Fall

On April 5, 2005, Employee #1, working for Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission in the Spent Backwash Building, fell down the steps and hit the concrete floor. He sustained head, eye, ear, neck and back injuries, and was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
