Employee Is Killed When Struck by Bales of Fiber

On March 4, 2005, Employee #1 was cleaning up scrap in an area where bales of fiber were to be stored when existing bales stacked near the wall came down, striking Employee #1. Bales of fiber weighed approximately 500 lbs. Employee #1 died.
