Employee Is Killed When Run over by Bobcat

On March 7, 2005, Employee #1 was going over to get into a Track Hoe. His coworker, who was operating a Bobcat, was removing the spoil pile from the trench. While the coworker was backing up, he ran over Employee #1. He was killed.
