Employee Is Injured When Struck by Falling Truss

At 8:00 a.m. on July 27, 2005, Employee #2 was nailing filler boards together on the second floor of the Tierra Summit home site project, when one of the trusses being set into place slipped and fell, striking Employee #1, who was working below. Employee #1 sustained moderate injuries to his back, and was hospitalized for treatment.
