Investigation Summary
On April 11, 2005, Employee #1 was removing an oak tree in a residential area. After securing a branch, and while moving back towards the trunk of the tree, he fell approximately 45 feet to the ground. Employee #1 landed face-down, and sustained multiple serious internal injuries. He was transported to Norfolk General Hospital, where he died of his injuries the next day.
