Employee Is Killed When Run over by Truck

On December 29, 2005, Employee #1, a truck driver, was walking from the break area towards the area of the scales. He was struck by the driver's side front bumper of a tractor trailer. The truck continued to move forward, while Employee #1 was being rolled under the fuel tank. As the truck was turning right, Employee #1 was partially run over with the left tire on the driver's side. Then, the driver stopped the truck.
