Employee Is Killed in Fall from Trailer

On March 15, 2005, Employee #1, a truck driver, was unloading steel bundles from the bed of a trailer. The bed of the trailer was approximately 4 feet 8 inches from the ground. As Employee #1 unloaded the trailer, he fell and was killed due to serious head injury. There were no witnesses present.
