Employee dies after being struck by truck

On April 8, 2005, Employee #1 was working at a bridge construction site. He was the spotter for a backing concrete delivery truck. Somehow, the employee sustained a broken leg and was transported by helicopter to KU Medical Center in Kansas City. Employee #1 died four days later from a stroke.
