Employee Is Killed When Struck by Loader

On January 5, 2007, an employee, a maintenance mechanic, was performing maintenance and repairs on a Case skid steer Uni-Loader in the maintenance shop beneath the raised bucket. The employee started the engine and the bucket dropped on his body, pinning him between the bucket and the cab of the equipment. The employee was killed.
