Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:15 a.m. on August 4, 2005, Employee #1 was walking through a bakery warehouse when he passed out. He was transported to Spring Branch Hospital, where he died at approximately 2:15 p.m. the same day. The medical examiner and the hospital both stated that the suspected cause of death was a heart attack.
