Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

On June 30, 2005, Employee #1, a 16-year old, was working on a 2-story roof. Employee #1 was wearing a harness that was not connected and he fell to the ground. He sustained concussion to his head. Employee #1 went home and then emergency medical services were called. Employee #1 was taken to Moses Cone Hospital, where he was hospitalized.
