Employee Is Struck by Industrial Truck

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on February 1, 2005, Employee #1 was working at the K-Mart Distribution Center. His leg was struck by a stack of pallets that was being pushed by another employee driving a Crown RC 3000 Stand-up Counterbalanced truck. Employee #1's leg contusions were treated at the Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV, and he was released.
