Employee Dies after Fall from Roof

On April 27, 2005, Employee #1, a roofer, was removing existing shingles from a roof that was 8-feet high. He fell backwards off the roof and hit his head on the driveway. Employee #1 was transported to a local hospital for treatment, where he died six days later.
