Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

On December 28, 2004, Employee #1 was working on a residential-type roof and fell approximately 20 feet to a lower level. Witnesses at the time speculated that Employee #1 had medical related history that may have initiated the eventual fall. Employee #1 suffered a dislocation and was hospitalized.
