Employee Injures Head in Fall, Later Dies

Employee #1 was working alone at a sporting goods rental store when she called an ambulance stating that the wind knocked her over and that she hit her head and was bleeding. Emergency personnel found Employee #1 sitting in a chair near the doorway of the shop. Employee #1 lost consciousness and died at the hospital approximately one and a half days later. Employee #1 never regained consciousness.
