Employee injured in fall from roof, later dies

On October 14, 2005, Employee #1 and two coworkers were installing flashing on a roof when the metal strip he was holding contacted an energized line. Employee #1 fell off the roof. He was transported to the hospital, where he died on October 31,2005.
