Employee Is Crushed Under the Vehicle

At approximately 5:15 a.m. on January 5, 2005, a coworker, owner of vehicle, arrived at salvage yard and discovered her Ford Taurus resting upon the employee. The coworker, her spouse and several male persons obtained a red floor jack and raised the vehicle off the body of the employee. The employee appeared to have been crushed by the weight of the vehicle.
