Employee is injured when pinned between load and rack system

Employee #1 was on a Raymond order picker OS-69, Model Number 152-OPC3OTT, Serial Number 152-95 KO8879, with a coworker. They were traveling into a warehouse rack aisle with a load of storage panels for the rack system. The load was not straight and the coworker struck an I-beam, causing the load to shift and pin Employee #1's shins. Employee #1 suffered a contusion and was taken to an occupational health clinic for examination.
