Employee Dies from Heart Attack

At 2:30 a.m. on October 28, 2004, Employee #1 was found slumped on floor near a desk in the maintenance office. Employee #1 was last seen alive at 11:30 p.m. on October 27, 2004, at the desk. First Response was called but was not able to revive him. Employee #1 had a family history of heart disease.
