Employee Is Killed When Crushed by Falling Lift Truck

On September 25, 2004, Employee #1 was placing a repaired engine and counterweight on a Nasco Lift Truck. He was lying on the ground under the counterweight inserting a bolt. The bolt sheered and the counterweight, weighing approximately 600 pounds, fell on him. Employee #1 was killed.
