Employee is killed in fall from ladder

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on July 26, 2004, an employee was installing gutters on a two-story, single-family residence. He lost his balance on a ladder and fell approximately 10 feet to the driveway, striking his head on impact. He was airlifted to Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, where he died at approximately 12:00 p.m.
