Employee is run over and killed by grading equipment

An employee and a coworker were working on an irrigation system on a landscaping job. The employee was placing flags into an area that was being graded. The coworker was operating a Bobcat Skid-Steer unit that continually rolls back and forth over the ground. The employee was placing flags behind the unit when the operator backed up. The operator's view was obstructed and he did not see the employee. The employee was run over and died as a result of internal injuries.
