Employee is killed when run over by 18-wheeler

On September 7, 2004, Employee #1, a helper, and a driver were delivering merchandise to the store. Employee #1 got out of the cabin of the 18-wheeler to open the gate and direct the driver into the stall. He was run over by the driver and was killed.
