Employee Is Killed When Struck by Broken Machine Part

On November 18, 2004, an employee was operating a high power CNC machine. The employee has operated this and similar equipment for about two years. Other coworkers stated that they heard the machine start vibrating and then a bang. It appears that a piece of the tooling broke apart and struck the employee in his face and chest area and killing him.
