On July 10, 2004, Employee#1, of Globe Electric, LLC, fell approximately 11 feet from a stepladder while he was changing a light bulb at the Burlington Coat Factory store located in Penn Can Mall, Cicero, New York. Employee #1 died of injuries sustained in the fall.
