Employee is killed when crushed by overturned truck

The owner of the company was pulling a lime truck, occupied by Employee #1, up a 2 in 1 slope with a bulldozer. He reached the top and started to back down the slope when the truck began rolling down the incline sideways. Employee #1 climbed out of the truck and the truck rolled over him. He was crushed and killed.
