Employee electrocuted installing junction box in attic

On July 14, 2004, Employee #1, an electrician's assistant, was installing a new junction box and extending a new electrical connection into the attic of a house when he was electrocuted. He was working alone and his body was discovered by his supervisor. According to the supervisor, electric current to the attic had been turned off, but the Medical Examiner observed what appeared to be electrical burn marks on Employee #1's chest.
