Employee Has Heart Attack, Dies Using Wire-Spooling Machine

On May 11, 2004, Employee #1 was doffing the SF9 wire spooling machine (removing the finished spool of wire), having had already checked torsions and released the spool off the spindles (roll it up on its end), when he had a heart attack. Employee #1 was found by a coworker and CPR was administered. Employee #1 died.
