Employee Is Killed in Fall from Broken Tree Branch

At approximately 2:35 p.m. on December 14, 2005, Employee #1 and the owner were trimming tree branches. As Employee #1 trimmed a tree approximately 100 ft tall, the branch he was tied off to snapped, causing him to fall. He struck the ground, sustaining a concussion that killed him.
