Employees Are Injured When Scaffold Collapses

Employee's #1, #2, and #3 were working on a fabricated frame scaffold and Employee #4 was underneath it. The scaffold collapsed and pinned Employee #4 working on the ground under it. All four employees were hospitalized with bruises, contusions and abrasions.
