One Employee Is Killed and Three Others Injured in Explosion

On May 10, 2004, Employee #1, #2, #3, and #4 were working at a waste water treatment. There was an explosion that fatally injured Employee #1, seriously injured Employee #2 and #3. Employee #4 received minor injuries of contusions and abrasions. Whereas, Employee #2 sustained fractures and Employee #3 dislocated his knee. Both Employee #2 and #3 received medical treatment.
