Driver Is Killed by Truck at Loading Dock

On June 28, 2004, Employee #1, a tractor-trailer driver, moved his truck forward from a loading dock after unloading and parked on an incline. When he proceeded to the rear of the truck to close the trailer doors, the truck moved backwards down the incline, crushing him between the trailer and the dock, and killing him.
