Employee Caught Between Trailer and Loading Dock Is Killed

Employee #1, a truck driver, was outside of his vehicle facing the warehouse dock when he was struck by a trailer that was backing-up. The operator of the backing trailer had observed Employee #1 walking in another direction and did not anticipate or observe her at the dock and behind the trailer. Employee #1 was killed.
