Investigation Summary
On October 27, 2004, an employee was unloading a trailer of frozen strawberries by hand. He was working from a pallet that was elevated by a company forklift. During the work process, the employee became unbalanced and fell approximately six feet to the asphalt. He was hospitalized and treated for head fracture.
