Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:55 p.m. on January 05, 2007, an employee was standing approximately 9 feet high on a Louisville Extension Ladder removing Christmas decorations. The employee had a Christmas wreath in one hand and the other hand was used to hold onto the ladder. As the employee was coming down the ladder, he lost his balance and fell approximately 9 feet. The employee received multiple unspecified injuries for which he was hospitalized.
