Employee's Arm Fractured Servicing Conveyor

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on January 27, 2007, Employee #1 was underneath a conveyor adjusting the limit switch when the conveyor started. His left arm was caught between the shaft and chain sprocket. He was hospitalized with a fractured arm.
