Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:52 a.m. on December 12, 2006, Employee #1, an iron worker, was working for a steel manufacturer at a construction jobsite. While Employee #1 was installing a new skylight on the roof of a metal structure, he fell through a skylight that was 21 feet above a concrete floor. Employee #1 was killed.
